Data Deletion Instructions

Zinochat uses Facebook Login and Facebook Page permissions to provide its Service. In accordance with Facebook Platform policy, you have the right to request that all data we have collected about you be deleted at any time.

What Data We Store

As described in our Privacy Policy, the app collects your name, email address, your Facebook Page list, and Page data such as comments, posts, and private messages, in order to provide the Service. The same applies to data from other channels you connect, such as Zalo Official Accounts and Instagram.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

To have your data completely removed from our systems, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to contact@zinochat.org with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. In the email, include the name and email address associated with your Zinochat account so we can identify your data.
3. We will delete all of your data from our servers and confirm the deletion by replying to your email. Requests are fulfilled within 24 hours.

Removing the App from Your Facebook Account

You can also revoke the app's access to your Facebook data at any time:

1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and Websites in the left menu.
3. Find Zinochat in the list, then click Remove.

Removing the app stops Zinochat from receiving any further data from your Facebook account. To also delete the data we have already stored, please send a deletion request as described above.

Automatic Data Removal

If your subscription is no longer active, your data is automatically removed from our database after 60 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
