Use a TikTok Business Account
Zinochat works with TikTok Business Accounts. If you use a personal account, switch the account type in TikTok's settings.

In Zinochat, choose the TikTok connection, log in, and allow every permission TikTok asks for.

Does Zinochat's TikTok chatbot reply to comments automatically?
Yes. When a customer comments under a public video or photo post, the AI replies publicly right under that comment, as your TikTok account, even outside business hours. TikTok can take up to 5 minutes to pass a new comment to Zinochat, and the AI replies as soon as it arrives.
Does the chatbot answer TikTok direct messages?
Not yet. Zinochat currently receives only comments under public videos and photo posts. You keep reading and answering direct messages in the TikTok app as usual.
What do I need to connect TikTok?
A TikTok Business Account. You log in to TikTok right inside Zinochat, allow every permission it asks for, and activate the account. Comments on private or friends-only posts are not passed to Zinochat.
Where does the bot get its answers?
From the product catalog you build in Zinochat, with names, prices, options, and stock, plus your knowledge base, such as delivery and return policies. Replies on TikTok are text, up to 1,200 characters, which is TikTok's limit.
How does TikTok comment auto-hide work?
When you turn it on for an account, Zinochat hides every customer comment as soon as it arrives. The customer still sees their own comment and your replies; other people do not. That keeps the phone numbers and addresses customers leave out of sight, and stops competitors from seeing who is asking to buy.
Can I delete customer comments?
TikTok only lets you delete your own account's comments. Customer comments can be hidden or shown again, right from the inbox or the Videos tab. Comments cannot be edited once posted.
What about comments posted before I connect?
When you connect, Zinochat brings comments on your posts from the last 90 days into the inbox for your team to review. The AI only replies to new comments that arrive after you connect, never to older ones.
